CB6000 Danger problems

Last summer I brought a cb6000 it came apart while I was wearing it the seam cut me.When I contacted the dealer they did not care to much just gave me another cage and said these thing happen, two weeks later this plastic crap falls apart again pinching me badly I contacted the seller who said "it's not our product we dont make it we only sell it" and washed their hands of me.
I made a few more enquires and was faced with a statment these are for display only and should not be worn under any circumstances and any legal action would be countered against me and the same if I was to leave any negative comments.

Well bring it on your products are crap.

below I have copied from cb3000 forum I just left off the name as the site is not working very well to ask permission.

Well, disaster happened yesterday. Hubby's CB-6000 split at the seam while he was wearing it at work, it was only day three of our sixth session of his wearing it and I think in total he's had it adorning his tackle for about 50 days since we purchased it.He was in a boring business meeting, he was daydreaming and developed a hard-on which created so much internal pressure that the seam running along the underside of the device finally gave way and separated by a few millimeters. The net result being that the underside of his cock then filled the gap and became pinched between the two halves of the shell. He had to extricate himself from the meeting in considerable discomfort and adjust himself in a toilet cubicle; unfortunately he was not able to remove the CB as it was padlocked by yours truly and although the joint was weakened he could not break the thing apart completely. So it was several hours before relief came. The underside of his cock now has a one-inch pinch mark, the skin is broken in several areas and looks extremely sore.In hindsight, it seems obvious that eventually the seam will fail under the constant internal outward pressure that an engorged penis exerts in a confined space. With something this expensive one tends to assume that the quality control of the product is adequate but Hubby reckons that this is a major design flaw; we had enjoyed using the CB-6000, it was fun for both of us and it gave a real enhancement to our sex life. Obviously we will not be using it again, but I wanted to warn others of this potential problem.
